Payments for Digital goods or services
All payments should be made by using any major credit card issued by a United States bank or using PayPal or alternatively you can do a wire transfer. We may also request your billing address along with your credit card information. If the payment is successful, your credit card will be charged for the full price of the Course. If your payment method fails, we may collect fees owed using other collection mechanisms (including charging other payment methods on file with us and retaining collection agencies and legal counsel). You may not claim refund or cancellation process in the middle of the transaction you will give us sufficient time (As agreed between both parties buyer & globalwebtutors to complete the task which is assigned to us.
We have a simple refund policy which states that if you are not satisfied we will give you the rework or different tutor as soon as possible. we will charge only 10% of the total transaction cost if you plan to cancel or claim refund.
We will try our level best to give you 100% satisfaction. However, you may always share your feedback with us so that we can improve our service.
We will give you the 5 days clarification period for any digital goods & services. after the 5 days we will not entertain any clarification. You may claim your refund within the 10 days from the date of purchase. In most of the cases we will try our level best to resolve any dispute to your satisfaction.
Limitation of Liability;
Globalwebtutors will not be responsible for other user's actions or inactions, including Content they post. Under no circumstance Globalwebtutors as an organisation and RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
We will not be responsible for any damage that may happen due to the service or product not being delivered to you on time. You may always claim the 90% refund in those cases where the service or product is not being delivered to you. In all those cases your account is eligible for 20% discount on your next transaction.
We will take into consideration only written communication regarding any service or digital goods. You may claim on all the written communication in case of refund or cancellation or discount available on your account.
